The Sales Customer Support Representative will report to the Spanish CST Sales Manager and functionally to Head of Port Operations.

The goal of the position is to bring support to the different areas of the Port Business Field Position:
Sales Customer Support Agent

Location:
Remote/work from home from anywhere in Spain

Employment type:
Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete project assignments based on rotations and ensure high quality and ontime delivery.
Support on operational processes: Digital solutions management. Orders, Onsite set up's, reporting data & figures obtained.
Support on after sales: Collect information for the complaint from customers and documented into SAP and communication with Headquarters.
Support with the management of

Fleets Ports Clients:
Product, pricing, field tests, etc.

Detect opportunities and new potential businesses by analyzing market developments and trends.
Conduct Customer Assessments by consolidation and analysis of relevant customer business (volume, brand, segment, inch, wholesale vs retail).

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent English language
Education background technical and administration business. University degree
High Excel and PBI Abilities
Sales understanding of diverse market requirements
Financial understanding (business plan, financial KPIs)
Team worker
Relationship building with customers and team
Interested in the automotive industry
Living in or near a city with a major shipping hub would be a big plus

Monday to Friday 9am / 6pm
Remote/work from home from anywhere in Spain
Approximately 2 days administrative work (home office) 3 days you will visiting clients
All travel cost covered by the company
