Your work-life opportunity:

The CRM Specialist is vital in ensuring that Glovo's customer service tools are optimized from a process, maintenance and operational perspective to guarantee that the needs of the Glovo's customer service teams are met.


We're looking for a technically savvy and detail oriented individual to join our team with a mission to own and manage all aspects associated with the maintenance and continuous improvement of the customer service technology stack comprising different platforms and partner portals.


You will build strong partnerships with different teams across the organization in order to contextualize and support customer service delivery groups in their mission to provide excellent service to Glovo users across all verticals.


Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Implement new configurations in our platform ecosystem (CRM, telephony, Knowledge base, QA tools, LMS...).
  • Monitor, review and consistently optimize processes and platform settings, which includes both CRM integrations and workflows to enhance CRM performance.
  • Support other teams by building new technical solutions to implement key projects.
  • Proactively improve the performance and scalability of our ecosystem.
  • Act as a point of contact for bugs and escalation across the contact center technology stack. This includes investigation, efficiently reporting and constant communication with stakeholders to provide visibility on causes, impact, solutions and estimated resolution times.
  • Be on call to provide a 24/7 support (rotation with other team members).
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.

You have:


  • 23 years experience in similar positions.
  • Experience in a technical support role.
  • Creative skills to build new features with a limited toolset.
  • Experience with Kustomer or other cloud Customer Service CRMs (Zendesk, Salesforce, Zoho Desk ).
  • General technical knowledge (network, systems).
  • Some degree of coding experience (ideally JSX/React, Handlebars, ; but all experience is welcome).
  • Experience on usage of APIs.
  • Problemsolving skills: no problem is too small or too big.
  • Results oriented, autonomous and efficient.
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high performance startup with a fast pace.
  • Proficiency in English.
