Your work-life opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on professional to support our Customer Compensation department in our headquarters in Barcelona.

You will act and operate as a startup within a startup, providing both strategic thinking and analytical skills to help building excellence in Operations with focus into one specific region.


Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Understand the operations model in Glovo to provide advice to the different teams
  • Perform analysis to come up with insights and strategic initiatives to solve the key challenges of Glovo Operations
  • Define, launch and analyze A/B testing to optimize the compensation policies
  • Explain status of Compensations initiatives to key stakeholders by making trackers & presentations
  • Follow a data-driven decision-making process
  • Be accountable for the the main P&L lines of the Customer Compensation Budget
  • Report to the Customer Compensation Manager

You have:


  • Bachelor in Engineering, Maths/Physics, or Economics 12 years of experience working on analytics in a similar/relevant industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with SQL
  • Understanding of A/B test principles, in order to design, conduct and analyze different experiments
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Excel proficiency
  • Consulting experience is a plus
  • Strong strategic vision and business mindset
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high performance startup with a fast pace
  • Itchy feet and continuous thrive on learning through different projects
  • Professional English
