    Hej Fancy a change of scenery? Perfect, we've got the role for you We're hunting for a Danish speaking customer support superstar to join us at 3 Mobile, right here in sunny Fuengirola.

    Role Description

    As our new Danish speaking customer support hero, you'll be the first point of contact for our Danish customers. You'll handle enquiries, troubleshoot problems, offer solutions and ensure a smooth customer journey from start to finish. You'll also help us maintain our customer database, and play a vital role in improving our services based on customer feedback. We promise, there's never a dull moment

    Requirements

    • Fluent in Danish (written and spoken)
    • Previous experience in customer support
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Problem-solving skills

    • Computer literate
