- Informa al Director de fábrica y verifica con los especialistas FES División el conocimiento y aplicación de las mejores prácticas y de la utilización de las normas del grupo.
- Contribuir a la construcción de los planes de mejora por departamento gracias a su experiencia en FES: optimización de layout, flujos logísticos...
- Apoyar al equipo de managers en la aplicación de los métodos y herramientas FES, especialmente a través de su participación activa en las formaciones del personal en fábrica.
- Asegurar los resultados y recursos para construir y conseguir el plan de acciones FES junto con el Director de la planta.
- Proporcionar soporte técnico a otras funciones.
- Trabajar cerca de otras redes (HSE, IP, QSE...) y medir el impacto de las acciones en sus campos.
- Formar y entrenar a los empleados cuando sea necesario.
- Participar en la creación de módulos de formación.
- Llevar a cabo talleres de progreso (5S, Hoshin, SMED, PULL SYSTEM, Kanban, Polivalencia, MIFA, TPM,, de acuerdo con el director de planta.
- Identificar e implementar las mejores prácticas.
- Asegurar la capitalización del conocimiento ("know-how") y revisar que se utilizan los estándares.
- Asegurar la correcta aplicación/cálculo de los indicadores.
- Participar Directamente en los nuevos lanzamientos para asegurar un alto nivel FES desde el inicio del proyecto.
- Cualquier otra tarea que su manager considere oportuna.
- Conocer las funciones y responsabilidades asignadas dentro del plan de prevención de la empresa.
- Respetar y cumplir el código de Management y Código ético de la Compañía
- Las responsabilidades descritas en el plan de prevención relativo a PRL.
- Formación deseable ingeniería.
- Deseable experiencia de 3 años en producción en ambiente industrial.
- Deseable conocimiento en producción ajustada.
- Conocimiento del Memento de Ergonomía.
- Conocimiento de los Procedimientos e Instrucciones aplicables a su área de trabajo.
- Bilingüe el inglés y/o francés. Preferiblemente inglés.
- Ofimática avanzada.
- Capacidad de relación, así como buen pedagogo, liderazgo y comunicación
- Comportamiento acorde con los valores de la empresa.
- Formación, por lo menos Básica en Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (Políticas de Seguridad y Salud y de Medio Ambiente, Segregación de Residuos, Riesgos del puesto de trabajo, Actuación en caso de emergencia, etc.).

- Deseable experiencia de 2 años en producción en ambiente industrial.
