French - Partner Support Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for ensuring the company's product in their assigned market is competitive, attractive and relevant
Establish and maintain phonebased relationships with partners
Leverage tool kit to increase customers
Support new partners to ramp up and sustain revenue and market share on the platform
Communicate special offers from loyal customer base and promotional deals that allow them to benefit from merchandising and marketing efforts
Educate partners on the features available

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
13 years of experience in relevant field is essential
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is seen as an advantage
Excellent communication skills, with ability to emphasize and persuade
Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Energetic and motivated selfstarter, capable of achieving the targets, goals and strategic objectives set
Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to details
Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
Strong sales & customeroriented mindset
