    Descripción del empleo

    Estamos buscando un Revenue Manager altamente motivado y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo. Hotel lifestyle ubicado en Valencia, en una zona estratégica y dinámica. El candidato ideal será responsable de maximizar los ingresos del hotel mediante la implementación de estrategias de precios efectivas, la gestión de inventario y la optimización de canales de distribución.

    En dependencia de la dirección de Revenue management de la compañía, sus principales funciones serán:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de precios y disponibilidad para maximizar los ingresos en las habitaciones, salas y otros servicios.
  • Realizar pronósticos precisos de demanda y ocupación a corto y largo plazo para optimizar la disponibilidad de inventario y precios.
  • Analizar datos y tendencias del mercado para identificar oportunidades y desafíos en la gestión de ingresos.
  • Optimizar la distribución de inventario a través de los diferentes canales de venta
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos de comercial, marketing y operaciones para desarrollar estrategias integrales que impulsen el rendimiento del hotel.
  • Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias y prácticas actuales en gestión de ingresos y tecnología hotelera, implementando las mejores prácticas y herramientas disponibles.
  • Analizar la competencia y el mercado para identificar oportunidades de posicionamiento y desarrollo de productos.
  • Preparar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño de ingresos, las tendencias del mercado y las estrategias de gestión de ingresos.
  • Requisitos
  • Experiencia mínima de al menos 3 año en posición similar.
  • Diplomatura en Turismo, Grado de Gestión Hotelera o similar.
  • Castellano: Nivel alto. Deberá poder mantener conversaciones fluidas, redactar informes, elaborar correspondencia y correo electrónico.
  • Inglés: Nivel alto. Deberá poder mantener conversaciones fluidas, redactar informes, elaborar correspondencia y correo electrónico.
