Como parte del Freshly Team tu misión principal será construir diferentes soluciones tecnológicas que permitan transformar múltiples fuentes de información cruda en sistemas de datos de alto valor, interoperables, siempre disponibles y de calidad. Así, habilitar a los Data Analysts y otros roles en Freshly a construir productos de datos inteligentes que ayuden a incrementar las ventas y cashflow, reducir costes y optimizar el tiempo de trabajo del equipo.
CUÁLES SERÁN TUS RETOS
· Analizar y organizar datos sin procesar, evaluando las necesidades y objetivos del negocio para construir procesos y productos de datos, combinando información sin procesar de múltiples fuentes.
· Generar soluciones de datos que permitan a los equipos reducir su tiempo de ejecución manual.
· Realizar análisis de descubrimiento de datos crudos, modelando para su óptima explotación en modelos prescriptivos y predictivos.
· Implementar procesos de calidad del dato y reportería asociada, proponer formas de mejorar la calidad y confiabilidad de los datos.
· Identificar oportunidades para la adquisición de nuevas fuentes de datos.
· Priorización y planificación de proyectos o tareas a ejecutar en función del potencial retorno aportado, usando metodologías agile.
· Aplicar el framework DBT y las buenas prácticas en todas las soluciones aportadas.
·Automatizar y/o simplificar todos los procesos relacionados con la programación que sea posible.
·Detectar mejoras en la arquitectura de datos para que responda a las necesidades del equipo y sea escalable a través del tiempo.
QUÉ BUSCAMOS
· Experiencia trabajando en procesos de ingesta y tratamiento de datos.
· Conocimientos a nivel académico y operativo de la parte de ingeniería de datos.
· Conocimientos de programación y utilización de herramientas de arquitectura de datos.
· Una persona con capacidades de trabajo en equipo, orientación a resultados y autonomía en responsabilidades.
