- Supports the Commercial Project Manager Head and Project Manager in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities.
- Project Cost and Free Cash Flow Forecasting. Maintain good quality of forecasting accuracy.
- Ensure accurate balance Sheet Accounting.
- Facilitate prompt invoicing to the customer.
- Actively manages accounts receivables and collections arrive on time.
- Actively supervises guarantees and makes sure the guarantees are collected upon expiry for credit limit management.
- Reporting and presentation of various business KPI as and when required.
- Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensures compliance with Siemens-FRG plus the local Gaap requirements.
