We are seeking a
Senior Process Engineer Monomer I responsible for process services, working hand to hand with operations. Perform reports and troubleshooting of assigned area. Recommend action plans to resolve or correct the problems and monitor the implementation of the action plans. Assist Chief Engineer to complete the functional roles and responsibilities. Coach process engineers in his team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Specific educational qualifications, degree, certification required for this role.

  • A firstdegree process engineering or operational engineering or equivalent engineering degree
Minimum experience any specific knowledge required for this position.

1) Minimum 15 years of total experience of having worked for the refinery or petrochemical operation. No projects or design background.

2) Thorough knowledge of process engineering practices, basic plant operations and economic principles

3) Good understanding in environmental/process safety management

4) FCC Experience+ Aromatics+ Polymers (Polypropylene and ERP)


ROLE
Monitoring plans, support the area and oversee activity reactors.

Change management facilitator.

Trip and travel reports facilitator through the TTR System.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work plan and schedule
Direct and assist area process engineers under his group to provide work instruction / task allocation.


2. Inspections


Lead or assist technical investigation pertinent to plant incidents or troubles working with other relevant departments to identify root causes and propose recommendations.


3. Technical studies
Lead or assist process-related technical studies for the improvement of operability, de-bottlenecking, loss minimization, energy efficiencies and so on


4. Technical Procedures Implementation
Initiate and review process-related technical procedures, SOPs. Ensure such procedures are properly implemented and followed under his assigned plant area.


5. Engineering Studies
Review engineering documents (MOC, EWR /etc.) prepared by process engineers in his group or prepare such documents by himself.


6. Coaching


Provide coaching to process engineers, supervise their work and ensure their competencies to be enhanced to achieve their jobs as per standards.

Furthermore, your English level will be evaluated at this stage, ONLY native or advanced speakers will approve this evaluation.

If this preliminary phone/video interview is successful, your resume will be submitted to our client.

If your preliminary phone/video interview is not successful, our Talent Acquisition consultant will inform you.


2.2 Client phone/video interview: This interview will happen only if your resume is approved by our client, we cannot guarantee the time our client will take to approve your resume, but it should take less than a week.


If your resume is approved a member of the Talent Acquisition Team from our client will schedule a call with you to evaluate your qualifications.


The client interview contains technical questions that help assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field and may include a behavioral evaluation.
