OTC Operational Excellence and Service Delivery Lead

At the moment Arxada is hiring a new OTC Operational Excellence and Service Delivery Lead to join their team in their brand-new offices in Barcelona.

Key responsibilities:

Improvement and optimization of processes
Manage initiative and improvement
Manage the performance of the team reporting to OTC, ensuring they deliver according to the KPIs.

Key requirements:

Excellent understanding of global Finance and Business processes and good knowledge of Financial ERP Systems (e.g. SAP/BW)
510y of experience working with OTC and credit management
Master degree in Business Administration
Strong knowledge and experience with SAP
Being comfortable engaging with differents teams
Being proactive
