Our client, multinational beauty industry, seeks to fulfil the position of Senior E- Key Account Manager for its Swiss subsidiary.


The role reports to the General Manager EMAD (European, Mediterranean and African Distributors) and will be in charge of managing and developing the business with International Key Accounts that operate across European markets in the digital channel.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals and generate sustainable growth, boosting online sales while protecting brand equity.


Functions and Responsibilities:


Develop and implement the Key Account strategy: devise and implement the company's strategy for managing Key Accounts within the digital channel. Identify opportunities for growth, develop customer relationships, and manage the overall brand and customer experience.


Develop and manage trustful relationships with the key Accounts, including leading negotiations, tracking sales performance, and maintaining regular communication with key contacts.


Coordinate with internal teams such as digital teams, marketing, customer service to ensure the company's Key accounts are well-served and their needs are met.

Analyze key performance metrics, investments, campaigns, and profitability. Use this data to make informed decisions about how to optimize the company's strategy for managing key accounts.

Acquire a thorough understanding of the customer needs and requirements.

Develop the trade plan together with the retailer and revise in on a weekly basis.

Organize and share knowledge on digital business that can be helpful for the Company.


Requirements:


Education:
Master's degree in Business Administration, International Marketing or equivalent.


Experience: 5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the beauty industry and in digital business


Languages:
Fluent in English and Spanish (French a plus)


Competencies:

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic account management.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Team player with motivated approaches and strong hands-on mentality

Ability to work under pressure

E-retail and digital fundamental will be a plus
