    Descripción
    As the Head of Innovation and Production for our toothbrushes and oral care products, you ́ll
    spearhead the development and manufacturing processes for our range of toothbrush
    products.
    Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation, optimizing production efficiency,
    and ensuring the highest quality standards for our dental hygiene solutions. From
    conceptualising new designs to streamlining manufacturing workflows, you ́ll lead all
    partners, suppliers and vendors, to deliver cutting-edge toothbrushes that meet our vision as a
    disruptive and innovative brand, consumer needs and market demands.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Innovation Strategy:
    Develop and execute a forward-thinking innovation strategy aligned with
    market trends,
    consumer preferences, and sustainability goals.
    Lead the research and development of new toothbrush designs, features, and
    materials to enhance performance, durability, and user experience.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and
    marketing, to translate innovative ideas into marketable products.

    Production Management:
    Oversee all aspects of the production process, from raw material sourcing to
    final packaging, to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing.
    Optimize production workflows and implement lean manufacturing principles
    to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
    Monitor production metrics and quality control measures to uphold product
    integrity and meet regulatory requirements.

    Supplier and Vendor Management:
    Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors for key components, materials, and
    manufacturing equipment, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
    Negotiate contracts and establish strategic partnerships to secure favorable
    terms and streamline the supply chain.
    Maintain regular communication with suppliers/vendors to address issues,
    resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement.

    Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    Establish and enforce stringent quality assurance protocols to uphold product
    safety, performance, and hygiene standards.
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such
    as FDA, EMEA regulations and ISO certifications.
    Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities to identify areas
    for improvement and mitigate risks.

    Risk Management and Contingency Planning:
    Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the production process and develop
    mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of operations.
    Establish contingency plans to address disruptions in the supply chain,
    equipment failures,
    or other unforeseen challenges.


    Qualifications and Skills:
    Bachelor ́s degree in Engineering. Product and industrial design, or a related field is a
    plus (advanced degree preferred).
    Proven experience (8+ years) in product innovation and production management,
    preferably in the consumer goods or oral care industry.
    Strong technical expertise in plastic manufacturing processes, materials science, and
    product development methodologies.
    Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross- functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
    Excellent project management abilities with a track record of delivering complex
    projects on time and within budget.
    Deep understanding of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and
    industry standards related to consumer products.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market
    insights into actionable strategies.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with
    internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
    As the Head of Innovation and Production for Plastic Toothbrushes, you ́ll play a pivotal role
    in driving product innovation, operational excellence, and market success in the oral care
    industry. Your leadership and strategic vision will be instrumental in shaping the future of our
    toothbrush products and delighting customers around the world.
