- Conduct ethical hacking, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments to identify and address security risks.
- Design and implement security controls for cloud environments focusing on identity and access management, encryption, network security, and logging.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Manage web application firewalls (WAFs) to protect against intrusions.
- Work with security experts to address vulnerabilities and incidents.
- Provide security training for development teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology security, or a related field.
- Security certifications such as Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
- 3+ years of experience in product security engineering, cloud security, or ethical hacking.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with security testing tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in cloud security such as Microsoft Azure Security Technologies (AZ-500) or AWS Certified Security – Specialty.
- Experience with container security technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
