We are looking for a Consultant to join our HR Reporting and Data Insights team

HR Reporting and Data Insights is a global team tasked with supporting the Reporting and Data Insights needs of the HR Function.

Our team is comprised of members from multiple regions which results in a diverse slate of experiences and skillsets that we use to serve our customers.


As a Consultant, you will:


  • Transform HR Analytics usecases and problem statements into technologyenabled solutions
  • Provide backend System Administration support to our HR Analytics platform: Visier, inclusive of security administration, data quality monitoring, system table maintenance, change requests, etc.
  • Serve as the HR function's Subject Matter Expert for Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, responsible for building creative solutions and managing existing tools
  • Execute on HRwide projects to findandfix data flow or quality issues to return higherquality data and process efficiencies
  • Identify key opportunities discovered by data; "brings data into the discussion"
  • Assist with responding to clients' data interpretation queries
  • Most importantly, this job is all about driving our People Analytics journey forward You will be directly contributing to the tasks and projects that ensure our Human Resources data is accurate and delivered to stakeholders to enable datedriven decision making.

KEY STAKEHOLDERS AND INTERACTIONS
Your role will enable the success of the People Analytics team.

Additionally, you will partner closely with members of the broader HR Reporting and Technology teams, as well as our internal HR Service Centers.

Your customers include people leaders, Center of Expertise (CoE) leaders, HR Business Partners, Senior Leadership and other process and program owners to ensure they have the data they need.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Significant experience building and managing creative Microsoft PowerBI dashboards, Power Automate workflows, Power App, and Excel is required
  • 3+ years of HR operations experience working with large, everchanging and sensitive datasets
