- Comunicar a los conductores toda la información relevante y adecuada para los envíos.
- Actualización y monitoreo de nuestros sistemas de IT.
- Cargar ciertos datos para su análisis y distribución a servicios al cliente y otras oficinas de World Courier en todo el mundo.
- Elaboración de embalajes especializados y envíos con temperatura controlada.
- Controlar stocks de embalajes y asegurar que no existan roturas en la cadena de suministro.
- Monitoreo de sistemas y recintos frigoríficos (cámaras frigoríficas/refrigeradores/congeladores).
- Limpieza, reacondicionamiento y preparación de embalajes especializados.
- Escaneo y llenado de documentos operativos.
- Ayudar a los conductores a cargar/descargar vehículos. (Manipulación, utilización de transpaleta eléctrica, etc.)
- Capaz de seguir procedimientos e instrucciones.
- Capaz de proporcionar información relevante a pedido.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación – verbal y escrita.
- Excelente dominio de la organización y gestión del tiempo Habilidades, Conocimientos y Habilidades Requeridos.
- Buen nivel de español e inglés.
- Posesión de permiso de conducir válido (si es posible).
- Colaboración y buenas relaciones sociales (trabajo en equipo).
- Sentido de iniciativa y responsabilidad.
- Buen uso de las herramientas informáticas.
