French-speaking Customer Service Representative (On-site) to join our team of game-changers who engage with customers from top brands that could be from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, or another leading-edge industry.

What you will do in this role

As a
Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

  • Provide first level technical support of the following products: home-range printers, Large format printer, scanners and video-projectors among others, for consumers and business customers
  • Provide presales support and accurate information about the products
  • Provide reseller support and under warranty services arrangements
Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:

  • Are proficient or bilingual in
    French and advanced in English:
  • Have profound knowledge of Windows Operating System
  • Have profound knowledge of hardware components
  • Are very good understanding of technical issues
  • Have experience in troubleshooting guidelines.

It will be a plus if you have:


  • Strong technical background or technical formation
