French-speaking Customer Representative to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits:

Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00:

Salary euros gross/year + up to 2400 euros gross/year in bonus

What you'll experience with us
As a
Customer Representative in our team, you will:

Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and solution within SLA

We'll be a great match if you:

Are native or proficient in French and advanced in English
Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
Customer care skills ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs
Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
