Position:
Norwegian IT Support Agent

Location:
Marbella, Spain or Casablanca, Morocco

Employment type:
Full-time

Remuneration:
Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle incoming calls from clients, assist remotely and respond to digital requests
Work closely with our sales agents post sales of our products and services to deliver the customer a pc or device scan, cleaning, set up, etc.
Understand and use best practices to provide first level support and the best possible customer service in a timely manner
Understand and retain changing information in relation to the support department and the organization
Identify recurring noncompliant patterns within established guidelines
Host compliance calibration sessions with staff
Recording and documenting customer issues accurately.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native in Norwegian, both oral and written. Proficient in English or Spanish
Previous experience in IT/tech support or high technical knowledge
Excellent communication and social skills
Ability to work as a team player: flexible, supportive, encouraging, prepared to listen, learn and improve together
Passionate about technology.
