JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Coordinate and execute the launch of Global / Regional marketing campaigns, based on agreed calendar by setting up the kickoff meeting with the Regional Marketing, design and content team
  • Collect input to create a complete brief that will allow the content and design team to produce all the campaign assets for social media, Landing Pages, Website Pages.
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off with internal stakeholders.
  • Accountable for timely approval and delivery
  • Collect and use data to inform about new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns. Working in a crossfunctional capacity ensuring that all campaigns are correctly set up for data tracking (tags, UTMs, correct naming conventions, etc.). Report results and findings to the leadership team.
  • Keep general marketing and campaign assets organized.

  • Marketing knowledge and digital marketing skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and a strong focus on driving results and meeting deadlines.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, with determination to achieve the best results.
  • Analytical skills and ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Ability to effectively manage a busy schedule of marketing programs, activities, and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and effective presentation capabilities
Experience Proven skills and 4+ years' experience in delivering digital marketing campaigns. (Proficiency in Marketo would be advantageous. Other marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp will be considered).- 4+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing in organizations with a strong technology component.

Travel industry experience is an advantage.- A modern, data-driven marketer with deep understanding of marketing automation and familiar with CRM.- Validated international marketing experience launching products/services into new countries, through a Demand Generation approach.


Qualifications:


  • General knowledge of marketingrelated business practices, including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting.
  • Independent, with drive and enthusiasm. Proven ability to own and drive projects forward, being accountable and responsible for delivering ontime and to the highest standards.
  • Fluent in English is essential; other European languages are a plus, especially French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Dutch.
  • Ability to network remotely, build relationships and operate effectively within a decentralized community based across different geographical locations.
  • Knowledge of Marketo, Unbounce and Power Point a plus.
