JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tasks:


  • Manage events/conference calendar for all HPO activities
  • Manage the events organised in our Innovation hubs
  • Coordinate organizational tasks (location, assistance, agenda, materials, any specific requirements, etc.)
  • Ensure alignment with corresponding dept's (Internal/External comms, Marketing, Commercial etc)
  • Support preparation of materials for meetings & events.
  • Control of merchandising with innovation executive

Skills needed:

  • Studies and/or experience in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred
  • Good planning, coordination and time management skills
  • Well organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Able to handle stress and remain calm
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • High level of proactivity to support Hotelbeds ambitious innovation strategy
