From The Whiteam we are looking for a Business Analyst we are looking for a business analyst with 4 years of experience to work remotley.

Job description

Assist in the analysis and design of new business processes around requirements definition, information gathering, and consistent documentation, including detailed user stories, definition of ready, definition of done and test cases.

Develop clear and concise functional requirements for the technical developers that are free from ambiguity to minimize re-work and errors.

Consults and works closely with technical team members to ensure all requirements have been accurately addressed as well as supports the technical group during the design and development activities

Actively participates in the development of test plans, testing of changes and reviewing the results.

Participate in quality management reviews and in reviews of the designs, prototypes and other project work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.

Specific skills

Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to user stories with acceptance criteria (definition of done, definition of ready), documenting workflows and building prototypes.

Hands-on experience in large transformation programs.

Working experience on digital banking programs is preferred, although relevant experience in digital programs across other industries with high customer experience standards is equally valid.

Strong risk assessment and problem resolution skills combined with good communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and product owners to achieve target outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to quantify resource requirements and measure and communicate proposed project benefits
