Job Description:


Position Purpose:


The primary focus of this position is to maintain the Data Quality of the Targeted Diagnostics Project and providing administrative support to deployments, monitoring and analysing for Targeted Diagnostics projects in the Southern Europe Region plus provide administrative support to other PMO Innovation Initiatives.


Major/ Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the Data Analysts in administrative task to on track & trace flow illumination projects in order to identify patterns & anomalies that drive corrective actions.
  • Continuous improvements initiative to drive automation of processes & reports.
  • Support the Data Analyst in processing/cleansing/verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.
  • Support the administrative task in order to extend project management & innovation ecosystems among Retail & Commercial Teams.
  • Administrative and low expertise task to support to other ongoing Innovation Projects such as SKYSCAN, PAYPALLET, etc
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities.

Experience:


  • Technologydriven product development
  • Supply Chain & Operations background

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Intellectual curiosity, Tech passionate.
  • Good Communication skills
  • Teamwork and Dataoriented personality.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Knowledge about data quality & integrity principle
  • Basic in Business Intelligence &

Data Visualization Tools:
PowerBI, QlikSense, Tableau or similar.

Basic coding:
DAX, Python, R and SQL is a plus.


Languages:

Mandatory:
Spanish and English


Desirable:
French, Italian, Portuguese

Degree and equivalent

Preferred Level of Work Experience
