How to contribute to our vision

As a member of a Global Market Intelligence team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying market trends and strategic moves of key stakeholders in our fast growing and dynamic market, which is crucial for our overall strategic discussions.

Job Description:

Monitor Wind and adjacent market development including customers, competitors and suppliers
Identify market trends and develop a team view on potential impact to our business
Manage core databases on market and competitors (incl. Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy and external players)
Perform systematic market analysis & benchmarking on key competitors and provide regular reports to top management
Facilitate the exchange of market and competitor data/information within the company and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure aligned view
Initialize strategic discussions and action items based on outcome of strategic analysis / benchmarking
Act as interface to key external analysts and coordinate exchanges
Lead or support other crossfunctional strategic initiatives

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for

From 1 to 3 years professional experience (preferably within renewable industry, especially wind power)
Good knowledge on company financial reporting
Structured approach to tackle tasks
Selfmotivated with high focus on impact and quality of work
Experience in strategic consulting or corporate development/strategy preferred
Experience working with crossfunctional and international teams with diversified cultures
Communication and presentation skills
Ability to develop relationships across organizations and accomplish goals under pressurized situations
Openminded with strong team spirit
Ability to work under pressure and respond to rapid demands with short deadlines
Totally fluency in English, both orally and in writing
High proficiency in Excel and Power Point
