    The role:
    As a marketing intern, you are creative and super dynamic. You love brainstorming new ideas and making people fall in love with the industry we work in—hospitality, travel, and tourism—through your energy and positive attitude

    This is a 6-month internship that will require an agreement with your University/similar.


    Responsibilities of the role include:

    Events:

    • Participate in organizing the 8th edition of the Hosco Summit, taking place in 2025.
    • Participate in the planning, logistics, and organization of recruitment events for our own and our clients.
    • Make all the necessary invitation followup efforts (WhatsApp, calls, emails, etc.) to ensure that the ratio of candidates selected to attendees is as high as possible at recruitment events.

    Content:

    • Support coordinating the publication of content for our B2C and B2B blogs. From ensuring we have received the necessary materials to uploading it to the correspondent platform.
    • Coordinate translations when needed and ensure they are delivered on time.
    • Participate in the content calendar brainstorming, especially on the B2C blog.

    Social media:

    • Support the social media team from idea creation to execution.
    • Edit short videos and images with the team''s support and follow established templates.
    • Publish posts according to the social media calendar.
    • Keep track of metrics.
    • Keep the social media inbox for Linkedin up to date.
    • You are fluent in English and ideally speak any of these languages: Spanish, French, or Italian.
    • You're currently enrolled in a university and studying, ideally focusing on marketing, communication, or something similar.
    • You have strong communication skills and like to work in teams.
    • You're creative, resourceful, and think out of the box.
    • You are highly motivated and have a strong sense of ownership.
    • You have a "cando" attitude and love new challenges
