    Role Description

    We're seeking a German Speaking Recruiter to join our team at Patrique Mercier Recruitment. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and screening applicants for diverse roles. This includes creating and posting job descriptions, networking online and offline, and advising hiring managers on the best recruiting strategies. The role also involves staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from any location in the world.

    Requirements

    • Fluent in German language
    • Must possess a valid European passport
    • Willingness to undertake a fully paid 4-month training in Athens, Greece
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • No prior experience needed
