    Rolbeschrijving

    Als Dutch Speaking Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele wervingsproces, van het vinden en aantrekken van topkandidaten tot het begeleiden van kandidaten door de sollicitatieprocedure. Je bouwt en onderhoudt relaties met potentiële kandidaten, ontwikkelt en implementeert effectieve wervingsstrategieën en zorgt voor een naadloze kandidaatervaring. Je dagelijkse taken omvatten onder andere het opstellen en plaatsen van vacatures, het screenen en interviewen van kandidaten en het begeleiden van kandidaten door het wervingsproces.

    Vereisten

    • Vloeiend Nederlands in zowel spreken als schrijven
    • Ervaring in werving en selectie
    • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden
    • Ervaring met het werken op afstand
    • Bereid om 4 maanden training in Griekenland te volgen
