JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tasks:


  • Sourcing, writing and posting content in our employee engagement platform;
  • Promoting internal events, such as all employee business updates and town halls, and measuring their success;
  • Supporting the Internal Comms Managers to develop and design communication campaigns globally and functionally;
  • Briefing and working with the Graphic Designer & Videographer to create visual and video assets;
  • Producing powerpoint presentations for town halls;
  • Monitoring all communications activities, gathering data and generating performance reports for the team.

Skills needed:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a communications role is ideal but not essential
  • Ability to build positive working relationships internally and externally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A good understanding of communication best practice
  • Ability to identify interesting topics for internal and external promotion
  • A creative mind, and a healthy interest in sharing and encouraging news and conversation
  • Ability to interrogate data, produce reports and analyze any emerging trends.
  • Ability to write creatively and clearly for a wide range of audiences
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages and web / intranet platforms
