    At Adasoft, a leading company in the Industrial Automation sector, we are looking to hire a Marketing Specialist to support the sales department in organizing events and campaigns for our international team

    Responsibilities:
    Make phone calls and send emails to organize events and plan campaigns.
    Attend and participate in meetings to take notes, draft reports, and follow up.

    Prepare, plan and help at coordinating physical marketing campaigns:
    issuing labels, letters, stuffing envelopes, etc.
    Handle Excel spreadsheets.
    Manage, maintain, expand, and update databases.
    Coordinate with design and marketing departments in order to plan the campaigns.
    Control the budget.
    Negotiation and communication with suppliers.
    Provide support for account management.
    Make follow-up calls for projects.
    Manage project documentation.
    Send documentation to international offices.

    We are seeking a professional with at least 2 year of experience in campaigns organization, capable of conveying ideas and understanding people's needs.


    The candidate's knowledge will be assessed in:
    Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential.
    Knowledge of computer tools and the internet.
    Proficiency in Spanish.
    C1 in English is a must.
    We are looking for a results-oriented individual with strong oral and written communication skills, proactive, organized, and stress-tolerant.

    We offer a permanent project with the possibility of professional advancement within the department, with immediate incorporation, Monday to Friday, Flexible schedule with entry time between 08:00h to 09:30h and exit times between 17:00h to 18:30h.
