Tactical Buyer Concrete Tower Indirect Sourcing (M/F/d):

DEPARTMENT:

Sourcing
MISSION:
Manage the operational procurement process for concrete towers.

Tactical support and execution in indirect procurement processes, as well as ensuring timely availability of required materials/goods within established limits.


TASKS:


  • Prepare and supervise the supplier negotiations.
  • Coordination of suppliers selection based on different guidelines.
  • Setup framework agreements with blade suppliers and monitor their performance assuring supply.
  • Develop offer requests.
  • Evaluate market conditions for purchased products and services.
  • Maintain all relevant supplier documentation (insurance certificates).
  • Search and negotiation of national and international suppliers.
  • Requesting offers, determining favorable supply conditions (payment conditions, lead time, quality, delivery terms of suppliers for materials, subcontracting, supplies and services (MRP and MRO)).
  • Search for alternative suppliers, RfQ
  • Secure proactive supplier engagement on initiatives related to safety, quality, delivery, costs, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and innovation.
  • Ensure KPIs and targets are achieved at supplier level.

PROFILE:


  • Qualification/Training:LADE / Business Studies, Economics, International Trade, Marketing, Engineering.
  • Complementary Training: Experience in Sourcing negotiating o Supply Chain
  • Profile: Negotiation Skills, Autonomy for new countries and Teamwork.
  • Languages/Level: High Inglish level (C1-C2). Portuguese, German or French are desirable.
  • Experience: Negotiation (Purchasing or Services/Projects). Wind Energy experience (even in Wind Farm) valuable but not essential.
  • Availability to travel: Yes, but no more than 20% annually.
