Service Product Manager (M/F/d):

YOUR TASKS:

Concept development and continuous improvement of our service contract and product portfolio based on market trends and customer requirements.
Prepare and drive development decisions for new product ideas, including business case, technical concept and market introduction concept.
Definition and independent management of interdisciplinary project teams for the development of service products, with team members from service sales, engineering, IT and product strategy.
Responsibility for pricing and marketing strategy for the service products.
Development and implementation of product presentations, workshops and trainings.
Contract negotiation support for our global service sales community.
Implementation of the service products, incl. support of the international service organization with the market launch of the products.
Preparation and moderation of strategic decision proposals for top management.
Adhoc strategic tasks directly from top management.

YOUR PROFILE:

Technical and/or commercial university degree, ideally with several years of professional experience in project or product management, product development or strategy in an industrial service organization.
Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, with curious personality and demonstrated ability to drive topics to success in a dynamic work environment.
Fluency in English and Spanish, negotiation level.
Analytically strong with a structured, careful, and reliable way of working.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, intercultural awareness, and experience in communicating with clients would be an asset.
Cooperative working style, good team understanding and flexibility.
