Danish Customer Service Representative
Location:
Remote/work from home anywhere in Spain or Hybrid in Barcelona
Employment type:
Part-time - 20 hours per week
Remuneration:
Base salary + bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify issues the clients are facing, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, guide customers within the time limits
- Use cheat sheets, guides and protocols provided during the training
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Document each action taken in a CRM system in detail
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Danish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Be based in Spain
- Possession of excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for nontechnical users
- Attention to detail
- Ability to solve issues in a timely manner
OFFER:
- Permanent contract
- Parttime contract: 20 hours per week
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 2:00pm
- Training: 2 weeks
- Training schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00pm and Friday 9:00 am to 5:00pm
- Holidays: 24 holidays per calendar year
- Work location: Hybrid 3 days per month (If outside of Barcelona possibility to work from home)
