    Our Solutions Architecture Specialists (SA) at HashiCorp in Madrid serve as experts, providing customers with technical guidance at key points during their journey with the company. SAs help overcome technical challenges, enhance solution design, and speed up the value realization for clients embracing HashiCorp tooling. They also support pre-sales activities, prospect discovery, and technical validation.

    In this role you can expect:

    • Assist as a solutions expert and escalation point for customer lifecycle progression
    • Deliver product presentations, demos, workshops, and proofs-of-values to stakeholders
    • Collaborate with internal teams to shape customer strategy for enhancing application delivery, security, and infrastructure automation
    • Maintain expertise in HashiCorp technology portfolio
    • Advise peer teams and external stakeholders
    • Contribute to evolving solutions architecture processes for better customer engagements
    • Occasional office visits in Madrid

    You may be a good fit for our team if you have:

    • 3-5 years experience in solution architecture, technical account management, or similar roles
    • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills
    • Proficiency in French and/or German is a plus
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment focused on top-notch customer service
    • Experience in project planning and leading customers through technical product implementations
    • Expertise in driving product adoption and customer value
    • Skills in managing customer objections and risks

    Technical Background:

    • Expertise in cloud/on-premise infrastructure, application deployment, or security methodology
    • Experience with software development, operations, security, cloud technologies
    • Knowledge of HashiCorp product suite and cloud providers
    • Degree in engineering preferred or equivalent experience
