- Establecer y gestionar relaciones estratégicas con socios de TI y del negocio para asegurar que el plan tecnológico y de desarrollo estén alineados con la visión empresarial.
- Participar en la definición, desarrollo y mantenimiento de planes estratégicos y operativos de TI que respalden la misión, valores y objetivos.
- Mejorar continuamente el conocimiento de los procesos comerciales, tendencias industriales y sistemas de TI para comunicar mejor las capacidades de TI y apoyar el desarrollo de soluciones de TI.
- Desempeñar un papel principal en la planificación de proyectos desde la concepción hasta el desarrollo de propuestas, así como en la supervisión de todas las etapas de entrega del proyecto hasta su finalización.
- Proporcionar experiencia técnica para evaluar la viabilidad de proyectos, requisitos de costo/tiempo, compatibilidad con sistemas existentes y alineación de capacidades del sistema con requisitos técnicos.
- Asistir a capacitaciones y mantenerse actualizado sobre nuevas tecnologías.
- Experiencia probada en la implementación de tecnología en la nube de Ventas, Servicio y Marketing en organizaciones, preferiblemente en la Industria Biofarmacéutica o Farmacéutica.
- Conocimientos avanzados de procesos de marketing y ventas.
- Metodologías y prácticas de Gestión de Proyectos.
- Gestión de Servicios Externos y mejores prácticas.
- Habilidad de liderazgo y habilidades interpersonales sólidas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Pensamiento crítico, motivación intrínseca, y capacidad de trabajar en equipo con experiencia en equipos distribuidos.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés es imprescindible.
