- Plan and coordinate raw material supply from different suppliers to meet production requirements as per MRP and consumption, taking into account supplier-specific factors.
- Monitor daily production and sourcing plans to maintain the right stock levels and service standards.
- Identify and mitigate supply risks proactively to minimize impact and prevent shortages.
- Optimize and manage stock levels based on production plans, avoiding overstock, obsolescence, and supply gaps.
- Assess capacity based on deliveries and demand requirements, considering negotiated contract terms.
- Collaborate with Scheduling and Production Planning teams to track production plans and risk evaluations.
- Ensure efficient system configurations for optimal sourcing plans and accurately place purchase orders aligning with suppliers.
- Validate invoices that are not auto-approved due to price/quantity discrepancies and manage indirect Purchase Orders for cost-related variations.
- Work with the team to identify and implement process and tool enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Foster collaborative communication with team members, suppliers, and other departments involved in daily operations.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Procurement/Planning/Logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering with a focus on planning, logistics, operations, or related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
