    Desde We Hunt estamos colaborando con un grupo industrial que desea incorporar un/a procurement specialist para su equipo de Madrid.

    Descripción del puesto de trabajo

    El empleado/a será responsable de gestionar y optimizar el proceso de compras y adquisición de materias primas y productos para las fábricas y almacenes de la compañía.

    Las Funciones Principales Son

    Gestión de pedidos de compras a proveedores europeos y asiáticos para las plantas de fabricación, y aprovisionamiento desde estas.

    Evaluación y desarrollo de proveedores y seguimiento de pedidos, asegurando satisfacer las necesidades de la empresa en términos de calidad, coste y tiempo. Monitorización de KPIs.

    Negociación de contratos y acuerdos comerciales con proveedores para garantizar precios competitivos y condiciones favorables de entrega.

    Gestión de relaciones con proveedores clave, asegurando una comunicación clara y efectiva para resolver problemas.

    Participación en proyectos logísticos y de ahorro de costes

    Perfil buscado (H/M/D)

  • Imprescindible experiencia previa en negociación con proveedores asiáticos y europeos, y nivel de inglés oral acorde (C1 o C2).
  • Formación en ingeniería industrial o ADE. Se valorarán estudios relacionados con gestión de la cadena de suministro y compras.
  • Experiencia previa de 3-5 años en roles de compras en entorno industrial.
  • Habilidades de negociación y capacidad para trabajar en entorno multifuncional.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para tomar decisiones fundamentadas basadas en datos.
