- Colaborar estrechamente con el cliente para definir y desarrollar la estrategia digital alineada con los objetivos de negocio, garantizando una comunicación fluida y una relación sólida.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento dentro del ámbito digital.
- Implementar y optimizar soluciones AdTech y MarTech, incluyendo, entre otras, DMP, CDP, DSP, Adserver, y Ad Managers.
- Supervisar el uso y la integración de herramientas de análisis digital para proporcionar insights accionables y mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas.
- Asegurar la correcta utilización y protección de los datos en conformidad con las regulaciones vigentes.
- Trabajar de manera transversal con diversos equipos internos para asegurar la ejecución efectiva de la estrategia digital.
- Facilitar la comunicación y colaboración entre los equipos internos y el cliente.
- Más de 8 años de experiencia trabajando en agencias de medios, preferentemente en posiciones de liderazgo.
- Capacidad para implementar y optimizar soluciones AdTech y MarTech.
- Conocimientos profundos en DMP, CDP, DSP, Adserver, Ad Managers, y herramientas de Digital Analytics.Fuerte conocimiento en la gestión y análisis de datos de 1st, 2nd y 3rd party.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, con la capacidad de presentar y defender estrategias y resultados ante el cliente y equipos internos.
- Experiencia trabajando con equipos transversales de diferentes disciplinas.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés.
- Actitud colaborativa y proactiva.
- Capacidad de planificación y organización, trabajo en equipo y capacidad resolutiva.
