Remote French speaking Participant Associate

Requirements:

They are looking for a tech-savvy person who is passionate about learning, works well in teams, and takes pride in their work:

Native level of French and English on a fluent level (Fluency in Spanish is a plus)
12+ years of related experience in Technical Support
Strong analytical skills and solution focus
Possess a bachelor's degree or have relevant work experience
Availability to work from 12.00 to 20.00 CET
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

Ensuring a pleasant and emphatic experience
Communication with our research participants through live chat
Monitor and support participant activity via quality checks to ensure complete and highquality data for our customers.
Ensure participants are paid and reimbursed in a timely manner for completion of the project.
Providing live technical support to customers and participants
Addressing all productrelated queries.
Training participants to use our products effectively
Documenting and reporting technical requirements and issues
Collecting and providing our development team with participant feedback to help identify potential new features or products
Establishing best practices and building out a knowledgebase for customers and research participants
