Our international client is looking for a native French and high English level technical service representative for one of their clients related with Printers.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from customers to provide aftersales support, schedule appointments, provide information, as well as other services as requested by the company within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact center management
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience in highquality Customer Service support would be ideal (B2C)
Good and professional communication skills
Native level of French and fluent level of English
39 hours a week from Monday to Friday, working hours between 8 and 1 To start ASAP
