Our international client is looking for a native French and high English level technical service representative for one of their clients related with Printers.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers to provide aftersales support, schedule appointments, provide information, as well as other services as requested by the company within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact center management
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in highquality Customer Service support would be ideal (B2C)
- Good and professional communication skills
- Native level of French and fluent level of English
- 39 hours a week from Monday to Friday, working hours between 8 and 1 To start ASAP
