Position Summary

The position is part of the company's Accounts Payable team.

The main role is to support the team in the control and accounting of payments, ensuring the quality of the information processed and meeting the deadlines set by the company.

Role and Responsibilities- Reconciliation of the different bank accounts of the company- Invoice accounting and accounts reconciliations- Book entries linked to banks and suppliers- Realization and control of online purchases according to the needs of the company- Execution and control of payments to suppliers- Control and payment of expense notes

Key Requirements- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, ADE or related careers- 5 years of experience in similar positions- Intermediate/advanced English- Demonstrable experience as an accountant- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and management of ERP (SAP is a plus)- Excellent organizational skills- Agility and focus on delivering results- Ability to work in versatile environments and high volume of tasks- Great attention to detail- Teamwork
