- Liderar técnicamente al equipo en la mejora de la escalabilidad, estabilidad, precisión, velocidad y eficiencia de nuestros sistemas de datos existentes.
- Construir, administrar y escalar tuberías de procesamiento de datos.
- Sentirse cómodo utilizando tecnologías como Python, Java, Scala, entre otras.
- Mejorar la escalabilidad, estabilidad, precisión, velocidad y eficiencia de nuestros sistemas de datos existentes.
- Diseñar, construir, probar e implementar nuevas bibliotecas, marcos o sistemas completos para nuestros sistemas principales, manteniendo los más altos estándares de pruebas y calidad de código.
- Trabajar con ingenieros experimentados y propietarios de productos para identificar y construir herramientas que automatizan muchas tareas de gestión/análisis de datos a gran escala.
- Estudios en Ingeniería Informática, Sistemas de Información, Ingeniería o un campo relacionado.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en ingeniería de datos.
- Amplia experiencia con manejo de datos SQL.
- Experiencia con herramientas o entornos como:
- Python, Java/Scala
- Azure/AWS
- ETLs
- Buen conocimiento de los principios de arquitectura de datos.
- Cualquier otra experiencia con tecnologías/herramientas de Big Data.
- Experiencia o interés en la gestión de equipos y liderazgo de proyectos.
- Posición de responsabilidad en la compañía.
- Serás una figura transversal que liderará equipos técnicos.
