Context


The successful applicant will be working closely with SaaS Sales Ops Lead as well as other members of the Backoffice team.

You will be contributing to a high paced, dynamic, and growing part of Harmonic.

Through your exposure to all aspects of SaaS Back office you will learn about the full workflows of SaaS from quote to invoice and experience working together with a global, diverse team.

You will be in the middle of everything SaaS and assist with the management of monthly invoicing, booking delays, renewals, as well as work closely with Global Sales and CSM on invoicing queries.

You will manage the new SB (JIRA) ticket system, which was developed specifically to keep track on SaaS invoicing, and ensure that tickets are progressing, are provided with resolutions and permanent fixes where necessary.


Your responsibilities

You will be assisting and working with the SaaS Sales Ops lead whose main tasks are Global SaaS order management, monthly invoice management, process improvement and documentation.

Assist with monthly SaaS invoice and JIRA ticket management.

  • Analyse monthly error data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Keep track of upcoming renewals to ensure that renewal bookings are correctly activated for invoicing and ensuring that the workflows which have been put in place are used and work as expected.
  • Work with cross functional teams including product management, CSM, FP&A, Credit & Collection, and IT/CRM to continuously improve existing workflows.
  • Tracking of order booking delays and issues. Following up with IT/CRM on root causes and assisting with analysis.
  • Creating and tracking SaaS related IT tickets, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner and escalating where needed. Analysing tickets monthly and reporting back on time taken to resolve, duplicate issues, root cause and other actions. For ex training for sales and CSMs.

Your skills

  • Strong communicator, written and spoken.
  • Strong in Excel and report building. Getting most out of data and keeping it up to date.
  • Inquisitive, observant, and curious. Wanting to not just understand what needs to be done but question why and offer own opinion.
  • Innovative mindset and not afraid of discussing their ideas and solutions
  • Attention to detail
  • Languages: English + any other language is a benefit as you will be working with an international team.
