- Formarás parte de un equipo de más de expertos en Tecnología, en 25 países, cuyo propósito es llevar al banco más allá gracias a la tecnología.
- Participarás en alguno de los proyectos punteros de tecnología que realizamos anualmente y que tienen un impacto positivo en 85 millones de personas.
- Trabajarás con un abanico muy amplio de tecnologías, desde las más experimentadas, hasta las más disruptivas: 46 lenguajes de programación diferentes, 201 plataformas de desarrollo,etc.
- Colaborarás con nuestros socios tecnológicos -Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, IBM, RedHat, Telefónica, Cisco, Genesys, etc.
- Desarrollarás proyectos innovadores de Desarrollo, Arquitectura, Seguridad, Infraestructura, Data. .
- Aprenderás en tu proyecto, trabajarás con referentes y podrás acceder a toda la oferta formativa de BBVA y a Ninja project, plataforma formativa gamificada con una comunidad de más de participantes con más de charlas, 1300 talleres y 48 hackathones organizados.
- Estudios universitarios, preferentemente en informática.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años.
- Experiencia en proyectos de desarrollo o mantenimiento de SW.
- Capacidad analítica, y trabajo en equipo con actitud proactiva y resolutiva.
- Buena capacidad de comunicación e interlocución con usuarios y otros equipos.
- Capacidad de gestión de desarrollos de SW (diseño, ejecución y pruebas).
- Conocimiento en lenguajes de programación (Java, Python), sistemas operativos (Linux), bases de datos (Oracle).
- Altamente valorable haber trabajado con la plataforma NOVA de BBVA.
- Valorable experiencia gestionando equipos de soporte.
- Conocimiento de inglés medio alto.
- El puesto implica gestionar y coordinar un equipo de soporte manteniendo interlocución con otras áreas técnicas del banco y con equipos de usuarios.
- El objetivo es desarrollar y mantener soluciones que permitan evolucionar los sistemas del área para dar cobertura a las necesidades del negocio y/o normativas. Se trabaja con metodología Agile con apoyo de JIRA.
- También son parte de la función la revisión y/o generación de informes con KPIs y métricas funcionales y técnicas, la revisión de los aspectos técnicos de los contratos de licencia de SW y servicios profesionales. Así como la relación con proveedores y gestión presupuestaria.
