Clinical Diagnostics Division (CDD) provides innovative diagnostic solutions that improve patient outcomes.

This role as a part of Divisional Marketing team will be responsible for compiling market intelligence, providing insights, and offering input into business reports, strategic and operating plans.

Person in this role will also support development of customer segmentation process, market and business opportunity assessments to guide strategic decision making and focus areas.

We are looking for a Market Intelligence Manager, who will be in charge of the following responsibilities.


Activities

  • Build and communicate monthly market intelligence reports and dashboards across the organization
  • Update and develop product and customer segment market models.
  • Lead on market research while working closely with commercial operations to extract data and insights from internal CRMs.
  • Participate strategic and annual operating plans by delivering insights and analysis
  • Support customer segmentation and targeting process, and market opportunity assessment.

Profile requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business strategy, business analytics or finance preferable.
  • At least 4 years of leadership experience in intelligence, market research, consulting or strategy

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proven quantitative analytical skills: able to translate structured and unstructured data into quantitative analysis and strategic insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: concise, accurate and precise in articulating analytical methodology, assumptions, risks, and conclusions
  • Strong learning agility: employs multiple sources to understanding business
- and industry-specific concepts quickly, open to coaching

  • Influence without authority: effective at establishing trust and collaborating with others
  • Literate in corporate finance terminology, statements, and concepts
