- Oversee the maintenance of published rosters for Volotea Flight Deck crew, ensuring compliance with flight time restrictions, company guidelines, and cost considerations.
- Facilitate crew control team operations by ensuring appropriate resources and acting as a liaison with the H24 team.
- Supervise annual flight deck training needs and manage necessary adjustments to training schedules due to disruptions.
- Maintain training qualifications, expiries, crew categories, and contract statuses in the AIMS database.
- Collaborate with Crew Planners and coordinate with various departments like Training, HR, and Cabin Team.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal (assessment will be conducted during the recruitment process).
- Prior experience in Crew Planning, crew scheduling, or crew control.
- Familiarity with AIMs scheduling system.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and other professional IT tools.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changes.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills for both written and verbal interactions.
- Capable of handling multiple projects, proactive, and innovative with keen attention to detail.
