- Ensure that demand management & scheduling (firm & forecast) is accurately conducted in the Core Planning Tools and/or ERP
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with EHS regulations (Alstom Zero Deviation Plan) during workshop operations
- Maintain positive relationships with the Project Team
- Translate SIOP decisions into MPS and/or Material Delivery Plan, cascading them throughout the organization with effective communication to both internal and external suppliers
- Timely reporting of WIP and FG for HI consolidation
- Timely reporting of Manufacturing Throughput and Production Performance KPIs
- Provide visibility on the industrial planning status of the site to the Supply Chain or Industrial Director, highlighting significant delays that may impact the site's On-Time Delivery and recommending solutions
- Ensure that data within the ERP / Core Planning Tool is up to date
- Facilitate the availability of appropriate simulations and feasible scenarios to support decision-making processes in the SIOP cycle, utilizing internal and/or external solutions
- Contribute data to the S&OP process
- Hold a degree from university or engineering school (Master's degree)
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial planning
- Familiarity with the end-to-end vision of the Industrial Planning process and its impact on ERP for procurement and manufacturing

As the Industrial Planner, you will oversee the Industrial Planner team, ensuring alignment between Demand (firm & forecast) and Resources (Manufacturing & Procurement) to meet customer QCD standards while optimizing site resources (personnel, machinery & finances). Your daily responsibilities will involve close collaboration with various departments within the organization (production, project management), enforcement of Industrial Planning Golden rules & processes, and more.
Your core focus will be on playing a pivotal role in achieving the Industrial Planning KPIs targets, as well as contributing to the APSYS roadmap in relation to industrial planning initiatives.
