    La Unidad de Advanced Manufacturing Systems (AMS) concentra sus esfuerzos en la investigación y el desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías de fabricación flexibles, de alta eficiencia y productividad. Estas tecnologías que integran AMS se pueden clasificar a través de la Línea Fotónica, la Línea de Ultrasonido, la Línea de Microondas, la Línea de Fabricación Aditiva, la Línea Biomédica y la Línea de Máquinas.

    Este puesto pertenece a la Línea de Máquinas.

    Funciones y Responsabilidades:

    Las principales tareas que desempeñará el candidato serán el diseño y prototipado de máquinas dentro de un equipo de trabajo. Por ello, el candidato deberá diseñar los diferentes sistemas a prototipar a nivel mecánico, electrónico y de control.

    Advanced Manufacturing Systems (AMS) Unit concentrates its efforts on research and development to new flexible, high efficiency, and high-productivity manufacturing technologies. These technologies that integrate AMS can be classified through the Photonic Line, the Ultrasound Line, the Microwave Line, the Additive Manufacturing Line, the BioMedical Line, and the Machines Line.

    This position belongs to the Machines Line.

    Functions and Responsibilities:

    The main tasks that the candidate will perform will be designing and prototyping machines within a work team. For this reason, the candidate will have to design the different systems to be prototyped at a mechanical, electronic and control level.

    Requisitos

    Estudios y Conocimientos:


    • Grado o Máster Universitario o equivalente en Ingeniería de Materiales, Mecánica y Mecatrónica, Diseño Industrial,...


    • Conocimientos y/o experiencia en Electrónica, Mecánica o Fotónica en el ámbito de las tecnologías de fabricación.


    • Se valorarán conocimientos de Solidworks, Arduino y Python.

    Soft Skills:


    • Persona colaboradora capaz de trabajar en un equipo de investigadores. Además, capaz de trabajar de forma autónoma.


    • Habilidades para comunicar/documentar los resultados de forma comprensible y profesional.


    • Alta motivación por el tema de investigación y fuerte compromiso con el trabajo.

    Idiomas:


    • Altas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés.


    • Es deseable tener conocimientos de catalán o castellano.

    · Degree or Master's degree or equivalent in Materials Engineering, Mechanics and Mechatronics, Industrial Design, ...

    · Knowledge and/or experience in Electronics, Mechanics, Photonics in manufacturing technologies.

    · Knowledge of Solidworks, Arduino and Python will be valued.

    Soft Skills:

    · Collaborative person able to work in a researchers team. Also, able to work in an autonomous way.

    · Skills to communicate/document the results in a comprehensible and professional way.

    · High motivation for the research topic and strong compromise for work.

    Languages:

    · High oral and written communication skills in English

    · Knowledge of Catalan or Spanish is desirable.
