Empresa líder en venta retail on line dentro del mercado de disfraces, accesorios y merchandising, en continua expansión con presencia en más de 60 países de todo el mundo y 5 sedes logísticas localizadas en diferentes países, está buscando un/a Manufacturing Quality para unirse al Departamento de Operaciones.

Tasks
Necesitamos incorporar a una persona con alta capacidad de motivación, muy metódica y analítica. Siendo el candidato/a al puesto una persona responsable, proactiva y con gran capacidad de aprendizaje y trabajo en equipo.
Será el encargado/a de implementar y garantizar los procesos de seguimiento y control de la producción para que el producto final cumpla con los estándares de calidad establecidos por la empresa y por los clientes.Implantar y mantener procedimientos de control de calidad para cada etapa de la producción.
Realizar seguimiento de las inspecciones regulares en la línea de producción, así como el control final para identificar posibles problemas o defectos.
Coordinar con proveedores y asegurar la calidad de las materias primas utilizadas en la fabricación.
Investigar y resolver cualquier problema de calidad que surja durante el proceso de producción.
Implementar medidas correctivas para mejorar continuamente la calidad del producto.
Colaborar con otros departamentos, como el de diseño y desarrollo, para garantizar que los productos cumplan con las especificaciones y requisitos del cliente.
Mantener registros detallados de los controles de calidad y los resultados de las inspecciones para su revisión y análisis.
Control de la producción: Auditorías, Reports, etc.
Análisis de productos defectuosos: Preproducción y Postproducción. Monitorización de clientes para detección de fallos.
Requirements
Estamos pesando en una persona que se desarrolle con nosotros y que aporte entre 1 o 2 años de experiencia en tareas similares.
Formación técnica superior.
Imprescindible: Inglés B2-C1, capacidad de interlocución y negociación. Muy valorable conocimiento de chino.
Nivel medio de Excel.
Muy valorable gestión de calidad de fabricación / Asia/ internacional. No imprescindible
Disponibilidad para viajar 1 o 2 veces al año a China.
