Position:
Dutch Biotech Presales Representative

Location:
Fully remote/work from home in Spain

Employment type:
Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure client satisfaction by excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle
Proactively detect possibilities of crossselling and upselling and establish new business possibilities
Retain and grow the existing base of customers
Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine or similar fields is necessary
Previous sales experience in managing own sales funnels and being in close contact with clients is nice to have but is not a mandatory requirement
Passion for innovative technical products and scientific research
Team player with a great attitude and excellent set of social and communication skills
Experience working in a lab environment is highly desirable
Proficiency with Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
