Job Description:

The part you'll play

  • You own the endtoend recruiting process from conducting comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers up to Clevel, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Identify talent through creative sourcing channels (e.g., social networking, internet research, regular networking, building talent pools).
  • Work with other members of the recruiting team to track goals, metrics, and performance of the team.
  • You proactively identify bottlenecks in the hiring process through using data and KPI and propose creative and efficient solutions to solve them.

Qualifications:

- +8 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, ideally with specific experience in central functions and some tech

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills including Clevel
  • Fluent in English and German or Spanish.
  • A genuine interest in data and finding the root cause of problems
  • Internal Talent Management and Employer Branding would be a plus
  • Passion for Sports and Tech and a good sense of humour are very welcome :)
